We design and fabricate tooling, mold parts, and perform assembly and testing under one roof. We may implement a customer’s finished design, or collaborate with your design engineers to create and optimize a part for performance, cost, appearance and other important attributes.

The process typically starts with a no-obligation design review, followed by the production of a rapid prototype (SLA) model for testing. We often mold a single component of a multi-part product before building a complete mold. More challenging designs often involve a series of design changes to optimize the performance of a molded part within a larger instrument.

Many customized product possibilities can be realized with minor, low cost, modifications to our standard labware manufacturing tools and procedures.

We are a highly flexible manufacturing shop. We produce from hundreds to tens of thousands of parts per run. For low volumes, we offer low cost manual assembly and testing, and automate larger volume runs for cost and efficiency.
